Florence University of the Arts (FUA) presents a contemporary and thorough approach to a Liberal Arts education, along with an extensive curriculum in Studio Arts. With small classes taught by a highly qualified international faculty, every course aims to enhance the social, intercultural and professional experience of each student. FUA combines innovative curriculum and collaborative teaching methods to create a unique, hands-on educational experience. Students have the opportunity to learn with working professionals in the arts, as many of our instructors are critically acclaimed in their fields.

Apicius International School of Hospitality

In one of the most revered culinary capitals of the world, the art of Italian cuisine is mastered at Apicius International School of Hospitality (AISH). Whether exploring Italian cooking for the first time or reacquainting you with the honored traditions of a sophisticated culinary art form, AISH offers an expansive schedule of courses, ranging from beginning to specialized courses for trained chefs and hospitality majors. Programs in Culinary Arts, Wine Studies and Enology, Baking and Pastry, Hospitality Management and Food Communications are offered at AISH. Advanced students participate in internships applicable to their area of study.
